- 3/4 cup of Buffalo Sauce.
- 1 cup of ranch dressing.
- 2 to 3 chicken breasts, cut into mouthpieces.
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon of dried garlic.
- A tablespoon of onion powder.
- 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning.
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Instructions:
- The oven needs to be heated to 350 degrees. Start boiling water for the pasta while you preheat the oven.
- Add the penne and cook until it reaches an al dente consistency once the water boils. Do not overcook the pasta because it will finish cooking in the oven.
- Break up the chicken into manageable chunks. Start the sauté in a pan over medium heat. Put in some chicken chunks and some olive oil. Spice up some chicken and toss it in a pan.
- Please take the chicken off the fire after it’s finished cooking and set it aside while you prepare the pasta. Cooked pasta should be drained and then transferred to a 9×13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle on some diced chicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup buffalo sauce and 1 cup ranch dressing. The pasta and chicken should be thoroughly coated with the buffalo ranch sauce, so pour it on top and toss everything together.
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the Buffalo Chicken Pasta for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
