Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese: The Most Delicious Dish Ever

There’s nothing better than a cheesy vegetable. Especially when it’s a cauliflower and broccoli combination, a.k.a. cauliflower cheese.

The cauliflower cheese was invented by a woman named Ethel Brown. She was a homemaker who, in 1922, decided she needed a better way to feed her family and create a new dish for dinner.

The original recipe consisted of cauliflower and broccoli florets mixed with mayonnaise, parmesan, milk, and seasonings, then cooked in the oven. The result was a very flavorful, creamy dish that has been a favorite of families everywhere.

How to make cauliflower and broccoli cheese:

I’m not usually a big fan of cauliflower, but the texture of this dish is just so creamy and delicious! It’s also really quick and simple to make.

Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese Recipe

I like to boil the cauliflower and broccoli and let them cool down. Once they’re cooled off, I chop them into pieces and mix them with a few handfuls of cheese. Then, I add some spices, seasonings, and milk to create a creamy sauce. After that, I pop it into a baking pan and bake it at 375 degrees until it’s golden and bubbly.
