- 12 tsp. Black pepper.
- apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp.
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
- 1 tsp. paprika (smoked).
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
- 12 tsp. dried thyme.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COSTCO BONELESS SHORT RIBS RECIPE:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Using the illustration above, cut the short ribs into two halves and place them in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Salt and pepper them to taste.
- Add vinegar, spicy pepper sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and thyme to a small container and shake to combine. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or shaker. Toss the ribs in the sauce, using your hands to distribute the sauce throughout the meat evenly.
- Double-wrap the pan in aluminum foil to keep it safe from the elements. Bake the ribs for 2.5 hours or until they are tender and cooked thoroughly.
- Remove the foil from the package (be careful – hot steam will escape). For 30 minutes after basting with the braising liquid, bake the short ribs.
- Braising liquid should be served alongside. Each plate should have a tiny bowl of braising liquid on it. Customers can dip their meat in a delicious liquid.

TIPS:
- Ribs should be placed on an oven-safe platter and covered with aluminum foil when they’re done cooking. After turning on the “keep warm” setting in the oven, put in the ribs.
- In a medium saucepan, add the strained cooking liquids and bring them to a boil, often stirring, until they thicken, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Adding a cornstarch slurry will expedite the process (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1.5 tablespoons cold water). Over a medium flame, gently warm the mixture while whisking constantly. Make sure the sauce is done cooking when it reaches the right consistency.
