  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt (Diamond Crystal).
  • 12 tsp. Black pepper.
  • apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp.
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
  • 1 tsp. paprika (smoked).
  • 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
  • 12 tsp. dried thyme.
