Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos
Equipment
- Bowl
- Slow cooker
Ingredients
- 4 halved skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup of Rotel or diced tomatoes with chiles in a can (10 ounces)
- 1 taco seasoning package or 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
- 1/2 a diced onion
Instructions
- Put taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, and salsa in a bowl and mix them.
- In a slow cooker, combine the onions, chicken, and tomato.
- Slowly heat food for 7-8 hours, or quickly for 3-4 hours.
- To shred the chicken, take it out of the slow cooker. Put everything back into the crockpot and add the juices.
- Put it on a salad, a pizza, or rice, and serve it up!
