  • 1/2 cup (100g) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup (125g) granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) half-and-half or milk

The Process of Making Crumble Sugar Cookie Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

2. Cream the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, and milk and mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
