Here is my healthy, fat free Italian Dressing Recipe. It’s easy, quick, and delicious. It’s low in calories, fat, carbs, sodium, and cholesterol.
It’s also perfect for salads, pasta, sandwiches, pizza, and just about anything else you can think of.

Fat Free Italian Dressing Recipe
- Mini saucepan
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1⁄3 cup of wine vinegar
- 1tbsp of sugar
- 1tbsp of salt
- 1⁄4 tbsp of dried oregano
- ¼ tbsp of dry mustard
- 1⁄4 tbsp of paprika
- One garlic clove, minced
- In a mini saucepan, combine the cornstarch and water. Keep stirring it over high heat until it thickens and becomes clear for about 5 minutes. When it's cool, it'll thicken even more.
- Put everything, including the cornstarch solution, in a sealed container. Wrap it up, and give it a good shake to combine everything.
- Delay consumption by at least two hours to allow flavors to meld. Make sure to shake it well before using it. Put away without refrigeration and at room temperature.
