Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip: Loaded with Shredded Chicken

How to Make Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip?

I can’t get enough of buffalo chicken dip. But since I’m trying to lose weight, I figured I’d try adapting a ketogenic diet recipe. It’s a breeze to follow this recipe. There are only eight things you’ll need. I have complete confidence that you will find this recipe to be delicious.

The Ingredients You Will Need for This Recipe:

  • 2 cups of homemade or rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 8 oz. of softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Approximately 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • Approximately 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • 2 large, sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp of crumbled blue cheese

Instructions: 

  1. Turn the oven temperature up to 350F/180C. Set aside a baking dish that holds 1 quart and lightly grease it.
  2. You can either begin preparing shredded chicken or shred rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and sour cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Combine the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and one green onion by folding them together.
  4. Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the residual shredded cheese on top. Spread some blue cheese crumbles on top. Bake the dip for 15-20 minutes if you want bubbling cheese.
  5. Take the buffalo chicken dip out of the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
