The Ingredients You Will Need for This Recipe:

  • 1 pound of fillets, skinless chicken breast, diced.
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed noodles.
  • A pinch of garlic powder.
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil.
  • 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
  • 1/3 cup of wing sauce.
  • 1/3 cup of chicken stock.
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Instructions: 

  1. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high flame.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, chili, and garlic powder, to taste, and then add it to the skillet.
  3. Cook, the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Turn the heat down to moderate, and add the noodles to the pan.
  5. Pulse the cream cheese, chicken broth, and wing sauce together in a stick blender until the mixture is creamy.
  6. Combine all of the sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Melt some mozzarella cheese and drizzle it on top.
  8. Seasoning with green onions before serving.
