Kitchenaid Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Making homemade ice cream is simple, delicious, and doesn't require expensive ingredients or equipment. You don't even need a kitchen.
Equipment
- Large mixing bow
- Ice Cream Maker
- Freezer
- KitchenAid mixer
Ingredients
- 2 cups whipped heavy cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- a tablespoon of chocolate extract
- 1 mug of cocoa
- A dollop of salt
Instructions
- Stir the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved in a large mixing basin.
- To produce ice cream, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing it in an ice cream machine and then transferring it to the freezer. I’m using my new Kitchenaid mixer, which came with an Ice Cream Maker attachment, to make some frozen treats.
- When the ice cream has reached the desired consistency, you can either serve it immediately as soft or transfer it to an airtight container and return it to the free.

Tips:
- Make sure you use a high-quality chocolate extract, as this will significantly affect the flavor and quality of your ice cream.
- Before you start freezing the ingredients, make sure they are well mixed because overmixing can result in lumpy ice cream.
- Be patient – homemade ice cream can take up to two hours to freeze completely, so don’t worry if it doesn’t turn out exactly as you hoped the first time. You will better make delicious homemade ice cream with a bit of practice!
