  • Large mixing bow
  • Ice Cream Maker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whipped heavy cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • a tablespoon of chocolate extract
  • 1 mug of cocoa
  • A dollop of salt

Instructions
 

  • Stir the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved in a large mixing basin.
  • To produce ice cream, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing it in an ice cream machine and then transferring it to the freezer. I’m using my new Kitchenaid mixer, which came with an Ice Cream Maker attachment, to make some frozen treats.
  • When the ice cream has reached the desired consistency, you can either serve it immediately as soft or transfer it to an airtight container and return it to the free.
