If you're among those who want to enjoy the goodness of chocolate pudding, this Oat Milk Chocolate Pudding Recipe is for you.
Equipment
- Wooden spoon
- Saucepan
Ingredients
- 1/4-1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch (or Corn flour)
- 2 cup Oat Milk
- 3.5 ounces (100g) Crushed or sliced chocolate
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Using either a wooden spoon or a spoon, whisk the cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and cornstarch (corn flour) into the medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Slowly add the oat milk over the dry ingredients while stirring. It will help the milk mix with the dry ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-low heat, swirling or constantly whisking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.
- Remove it from heat when it has become thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Once you've added the chocolate, whisk it in until it's absorbed into the pudding.
- Wait until it's cool enough to eat it straight from the fridge to thicken and chill it.
