- Saucepan
Ingredients
- 300 gm of butter
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 onion
- A tablespoon of garlic seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- The first step is to measure and collect all of the ingredients.
- Next, remove the garlic and onion and chop them finely.
- Then, put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Two minutes into cooking, add the garlic and onion.
- Reduce the heat to low, add the seasoning, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Then, simmer for one more minute after adding the lemon juice.
- Take it out of the boiling water and serve it with your seafood boil.
