Ingredients
  

  • 300 gm of butter
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 onion
  • A tablespoon of garlic seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of seasoning mix
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • The first step is to measure and collect all of the ingredients.
  • Next, remove the garlic and onion and chop them finely.
  • Then, put the butter in a saucepan and let it melt over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Two minutes into cooking, add the garlic and onion.
  • Reduce the heat to low, add the seasoning, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Then, simmer for one more minute after adding the lemon juice.
  • Take it out of the boiling water and serve it with your seafood boil.
