Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of white sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
  • 12 tsp. fresh ginger root

Instructions
 

  • Bring to a simmer in a pan; decrease the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 min till the mixture has reduced slightly in volume, stirring occasionally.
    Simmer in a pan
  • Allow glaze to cool and thicken for a minimum of one hour.
