- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp of mustard
- 2-tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. of fish sauce (optional)
- 1 little minced shallot
- 1 chopped or shredded garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon minced and dried capers
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped fresh chives
The process of making this dish:
- Put the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and fish sauce (if using) into a small bowl and mix well. To combine, stir for a few minutes.
